Parent Leadership Workshop: Individualizing the IEP
The intent of this 2-day workshop is to equip parent leaders to
support parents and caregivers for meaningful participation in the
Individualized Educational Program (IEP) process. Great attention
will be given to the essential parts of the IEP, such as: Present
Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance;
Measurable Annual Goals; Progress Monitoring; Least Restrictive
Environment; Accommodations and Modifications; and Transition
planning.
