The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs' (OSEP's) IDEA website was created to provide a "one-stop shop" for resources related to IDEA and its implementing regulations, released on August 3, 2006.
ISBE Parent Guide: Educational Rights and Responsibilities: Understanding Special Education in Illinois is a document, developed by the Illinois State Board of Education for parents and others to learn about the educational rights of children who have disabilities and receive special education services.
