Illinois Service Resource Center

ISRC provides training, technical assistance and resources for parents and educators of students who have a hearing loss and behaviorial/emotional challenges. The Illinois Service Resource Center is the coordination center for a wide variety of services tailored specifically for children who are deaf or hard of hearing and exhibit behavorial, emotional or mental health challenges.
